Baked Corn Casserole

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz) jar pimiento, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
red pepper, to taste
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter — melted

Recipe Directions
Combine all ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart ovenproof casserole.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
